Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in the day-to-day activities in a fast paced office environment. We need someone who has a professional appearance, attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. You must demonstrate a knack and enthusiasm for organization and be comfortable using phone systems, PCs, copiers and printers. You will also assist with general work overflow and help with special projects. Being adept at managing multiple tasks without getting flustered is the key to being successful in this position.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Managing front desk operations
- Managing workflow by completing daily tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Assist with data entry
- Monitor website for incoming orders and generate sales orders as required
- Respond to questions and requests for information
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Active listenting and great customer service skills are a must.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and financial documentation
