The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for performing energy efficiency tasks, including audits, installations, service, and inspections. This individual will also recommend energy-saving practices to customers and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers at all times.

The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for performing energy efficiency tasks, including audits, installations, service, and inspections. This individual will also recommend energy-saving practices to customers and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers at all times.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct detailed audits and/or assessments for customers.
- Identify potential conservation measures and recommend energy-efficient technologies.
- Provide customers with education sessions on energy efficiency measures.
- Perform diagnostic testing, install program measures, and perform minor repairs as necessary.
- Manage supplied inventory materials and company-issued equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' construction or industry experience preferred.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff, managers, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
