Well established, local medical device manufacturer is seeking a Product Technical Service Representative to join our growing team. This position supports our retailers and their customers by acting as an expert on the servicing and repairs of Golden products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from both dealers and customers regarding questions about the operation of Golden products.
- Identify and assess their needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Guide dealers and their customers through product troubleshooting via phone and email
- Diagnose product issues and enter part orders to ensure timely repairs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and servicers, when needed.
- Educate dealers on repair processes and product warranties.
- Stay up to date on all product information to provide knowledgeable guidance and education to our dealers and their customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to comprehend and discuss technical information as it relates to warranty and service issues.
- Proven customer support experience, phone experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn additional programs as needed.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
