Skills and Experience Needed
- Adept at undertaking minor repairs under safe conditions
- Uphold workspace cleanliness and adherence to specific guidelines
- At least 1-year hands-on experience with equipment or vehicle maintenance
- Proficient in trailer brake, light systems, and welding (both stick & mig)
- Experience as a fleet mechanic advantageous
- Physically fit to manage tasks involving heavy lifting and weather exposure
- Team-oriented individual with an innate problem-solving capability
- Flexible and capable of various physical movements
- Skilled in documentation and hydraulic systems
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication expertise needed
Educational Credentials
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is a must
