Responsibilities

• Offer specialized support for plant machinery, safety protocols, and productivity
• Assist with engineering scopes and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability
• Revise and optimize records and processes pertaining to plant equipment
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant efficiency

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and diagrams
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion, including training
• Leadership and team-building capabilities to guide diverse teams

Education & Experience

• A degree in a relevant technical field or a decade of industrial maintenance expertise
