Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Arranging team gatherings to discuss safety, quality, and financial updates
• Spotting potential dangers and collaborating on risk mitigation
• Assigning tasks to technicians based on their skill sets and developmental needs
• Ensuring the precision and completion of job planning documents
• Offering explicit directions for the technician's better understanding of tasks
• Balancing the work schedule while ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Proactively creating and managing corrective work orders

Requirements for candidates include:

• Five or more years of maintenance work or its educational equivalent
• Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance processes; ability to innovate in this area is a benefit
• Experience handling a range of mechanical systems including welding and hydraulics
• Mastering the reading of complex schematics
• Computer literacy and software capability
• Preferably CMRP certified

Educational backgrounds such as college degrees, trade certifications, or military education are valued.
