- Offering explicit directions for the technician's better understanding of tasks

- Proactively creating and managing corrective work orders
Requirements for candidates include:
- Five or more years of maintenance work or its educational equivalent
- Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance processes; ability to innovate in this area is a benefit
- Experience handling a range of mechanical systems including welding and hydraulics
- Mastering the reading of complex schematics
- Computer literacy and software capability
- Preferably CMRP certified
Educational backgrounds such as college degrees, trade certifications, or military education are valued.
