Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one counseling, medication evaluation, and management for clients with mental health diagnoses.
- Direct treatment under the supervision of the Director of Psychiatry, with case consultation available as needed.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, a Triple Board-Certified Psychiatrist (Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry).
- Work collaboratively with patients' psychotherapists to offer a full range of care.
- Administer new treatment modalities, including Deep TMS and Spravato.
- Conduct evaluations : 1-hour for adults, 90-minutes for minors under 18, and 30-minute medication management appointments.
- Utilize a dedicated Coordinator for caseload assignments and office staff for scheduling, documentation, and payments.
- Engage with in-office and external referral sources, including hospitals, universities, and healthcare offices.
- Participate in CMC of PA's intensive outpatient program.
