CMC Partners have been retained by a close client on a search for an individual to head up their Project Management team.
This client are a prominent player in the Northern Virginia Sitework/Site-development market with a yearly revenue of $150M . They are searching for an experienced individual to oversee their largest and most important projects, train Project Managers and represent the company at significant meetings w/ relevant organizations/companies.
Experience
- Extensive experience in all faucets of site development (earthwork, utilities, paving, blasting, etc.).
- Experience overseeing and managing earth/site development projects up to and above $20M.
- Experience on private site development is preferred, with public experience being considered also.
- Experience in any other aspects of civil construction will also be considered.
- Engineering experience is a bonus.
- Relevant Degree preferred but not required.
- Existing construction network of Northern VA/D.C.
