Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Program Manager with exceptional people management skills and a solid technical understanding of Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and Unifier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks using Unifier.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project forecasting.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Utility experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Unifier, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in people management, including mentoring, coaching, and team development.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the Unites States without sponsorship
