The company is seeking a full-time residential assistant manager for our apartment community located in Cincinnati, OH. Must have basic customer service experience and be capable of multi-tasking & working independently. The position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Following up on leads, Renting apartments, and advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants.
Office duties include: Emails, follow up phone calls, assisting the Property Manager

Must have leasing experience, some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable, a must, team player, bubbly personality, and  organized 

Salary: From $20.00 - 21.00 an hour, plus bonuses and commissions.
