We are seeking a full-time leasing agent for our apartment communities located in Erlanger, KY, and Highland Heights, KY Must have basic customer service experience and be capable of multi-tasking & working independently. The position is strongly based on sales and customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Following up on leads, Renting apartments, and Advertising. Responsible for customer service to all tenants. Office duties include: Emails, follow-up phone calls, and assisting the Property Manager. Leasing experience preferred. Must have some sort of sales or customer service experience, must be knowledgeable with Gmail and all Microsoft programs, reliable a must, team player, bubbly personality, and organized.
