Must have property management experience and be capable of multi-tasking & working independently. The Property Manager is responsible for making certain that all marketing, maintenance, accounting, and management functions come together in an integrated, definable, manageable and measurable way.

The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and vendors. In addition, the position requires, but is not limited to, the following:

Must have 1 years property manager experience

Ability to close a sale

Excellent communication skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Strong time management skills

The ability to prioritize wisely

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and possess solid research and problem-solving skills

Professional image

Strong sales and marketing concepts
