Job Overview : As a Senior Electrical Project Manager at CMD Electric, you will play a pivotal role in executing electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, and building strong relationships with both internal team members and clients. This position requires a disciplined and collaborative professional with a proven track record in electrical project management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Manage and administer contracts, including change orders and claims resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members and clients, fostering a high level of credibility.
- Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to clients.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
