Your job is to partner with both the client and the company by facilitating the success of ongoing marketing efforts. You will be encouraged to provide strategic input and come up with creative solutions to meet their goals.About You! The CMDS Director of Digital Marketing will approach each day differently based on client / project needs. The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the following items based on client contracts : Search Engine Optimization strategiesOverseeing paid search strategies and budgetsCreating and testing landing pagesAnalytics analysis (Google and other systems)…and moreThe Director of Digital Marketing must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict industry trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign.The successful candidate will be willing and able to manage all marketing accounts through scheduled and unscheduled client calls and meetings in order to present and explain strategy, results, and future plans. A deadline-oriented individual is a must.Position Requirements Above and beyond the aforementioned requirements, the successful candidate will : Be able to work on-site in Colts Neck NJ and have reliable transportation availableBe already certified as a Google AdWords professional OR be willing to become certified within the first month of hireThink logically, critically and strategically and have a great sense of businessBe willing to go above and beyond in order to prove success for campaignsBe addicted to learning and increasing your knowledge base of our industry and the client’sAdditional responsibilities will include : Account and project management for marketing campaignsCampaign planning and implementationMinor copywritingKeyword research and analysisOptimizing websites for high search engine visibilityRepresenting CMDS at client meetingsMarketing campaign report generation and analysisAdvanced Knowledge of Google AnalyticsProficiency on either a PC or Mac (both is a plus)Creative, outside-the-box thinkingWordPress & HTML knowledge (ability to update and optimize sites)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrates good organization skills and attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills3-5 years marketing management experience with a web or technology company3-5 years of experience managing client accounts in a professional services settingExperience leading strategic marketing discussions across a broad variety of goal-driven environments (i.e. Web sites, mobile applications, e-commerce, web applications, etc)Experience leading a team a plusYour own method of transportation for work and meetingsWillingness to put in the hours necessary to accomplish tasks and meet all deadlinesStrong knowledge of popular content management systems (wordpress especially, joomla, drupal)We work hard and have fun doing it!
