CME Associates is currently recruiting for an Architectural AutoCAD drafter Intern to join their team of professionals in our Municipal Engineering Department. If you are a hard-working, self-motivated team player, we invite you to explore a career with CME Associates.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review Architectural drawings


• Work closely with designer and licensed Architect to create AutoCad drawings


• Proactively engage in learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge in various engineering disciplines. Seek mentorship from experienced professionals and actively participate in training programs offered by the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Architectural AutoCad software.


• Show proficiency in AutoCad software with a passion to create 3D presentation.


• Have experience in project production to generate construction documents.


• Knowledge in building code in New Jersey.


• Be able to interpret hand drawn details and paste up drawings into AutoCad documents.


• Be able to understand mechanical, electrical & plumbing drawings.
