- Project Oversight: Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to confirm adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including daily inspection reports, test results, and project progress updates.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues on-site, collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction inspection, with expertise in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as NICET, ACI, or OSHA 30-hour safety training, are required.
