CME Associates is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Construction Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity, quality, and success of CME's projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight : Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to confirm adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records, including daily inspection reports, test results, and project progress updates.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and address issues on-site, collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.
