Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Magnet Wire Sales Manager, as part of the Sales Support Team. The team is responsible to follow up all sales leads from direct and indirect sales calls, and conferences.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities.
- Communicate and coordinate between manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico ( different areas at the manufacturing facility: IT, engineering, costing, programming, production, QA &QC, shipping & delivering).
- Possibility to assist Sales Manager attending trade shows or outside customer functions.
- Coordinate the Reel Recovery Management Program, handling customer reel return requests with sales management, production, and logistics departments.
- Handle post-sales activities, including gathering and submitting QA documentation (test reports, certificates of compliance, certificates of origin), tracking delivery information, and ensuring proof of deliveries.
- Oversee sales administration tasks such as customer setup, customized orders, preparation of monthly commission reports, and support for accounts receivable.
- Manage customer contracts and project administration, including contract details, status reports, manufacturing schedules, logistics, and customer agreements.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
