This includes collaborating with department managers to identify job requirements, drafting detailed job descriptions, and identifying efficient recruitment methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and develop effective interview questions.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and professional networks.
