Job Description:
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for skilled trade roles. This includes collaborating with department managers to identify job requirements, drafting detailed job descriptions, and identifying efficient recruitment methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and develop effective interview questions.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and professional networks.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:
