Position Overview :
The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across re-roofing projects. This hybrid position blends sales with project oversight, requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will work closely with homeowners, guiding them through the process, from inspections to warranty follow-ups, while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
Day-to-Day Operations :
- Schedule and perform inspections with homeowners.
- Be on-site throughout the duration of installations.
- Coordinate material and labor schedules.
- Handle labor payouts and document processes with before, during, and after photos.
