NOTE:
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE AS CAMPUS PRESIDENT IN FOR-PROFIT COLLEGE EDUCATION FIELD WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS CAMPUS PRESIDENT AT A LARGE REGIONALLY ACCREDITED DEGREE-GRANTING NURSING SCHOOL.
SUMMARY:
The Regional Campus President is in charge of overseeing the operations of 3 Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accredited Baccalaureate and Master’s Degree granting for-profit campuses providing leadership, support, and development to the local ground-based Campus Directors and management teams to drive profitability while ensuring quality of education and compliance. Executing the Corporate growth strategy while achieving or exceeding financial goals and standards for student outcomes is the primary duty of this role.
- Run all operations of the main campus while monitoring day-to-day operations of 2 satellite campuses remotely to ensure that all campus departments meet target objectives.
- Perform regular reviews to ensure expectations are met and implement timely corrective action plans to bring performance in line with expectations.
- Develop initiatives and strategic direction.
- Ensure that campuses develop and maintain positive engagement with the community and employers in order to achieve target enrollment and graduate placement rates.
- Hire, train, develop, and assess management talent in order to build/maintain teams capable of delivering target results.
- Oversee the effectiveness of each campus team by providing ongoing operational help, coaching and professional development.
- Determine suitable courses of action to grow existing campuses and improve performance by assessing each team's strengths and potential.
- Maximize retention of current employees.
- Implement succession plans.
- Monitor all aspects of campus operations by using various metrics and reporting tools available then, using the data, coach to achieve target objectives.
- Collaborate with local ground-based Campus Directors at 2 satellite locations to manage EBITDA/P&L and assist them in analyzing the factors that influence the campuses’ operational and financial targets.
- Actively participate in viability studies for new campus openings.
- Lead the development of tactical plans and implementation of logistical plans for new campus openings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
