Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and managing Human Resources and Training Unit initiatives to support the Agency’s mission, values and established strategic goals. Duties included maintaining, updating, and improving existing initiatives and designing and implementing new initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture. Works directly with stakeholders such as managers, employees, workgroups and committees to ensure organization effectiveness. An integrated part of the team, will have key roles such as, software initiatives, employee engagement, retention and strategic planning initiatives. Responsible for developing schedules, maintaining timelines, tracking data and reporting to ensure goals and objectives are met. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Organizational Management, Business Administration or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Three years of experience in Organizational Management using project management methodology. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is required.

Salary/Hours: Salary commensurate with experience. 40 hours per week. This position has a hybrid work schedule in the office after a probationary period with the possibility of more depending on agency need.
