APM Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain communications with client, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors.
- Work with Superintendent to direct the building process on site and to maintain construction schedule.
- Assist in schedule sequencing, tracking, and updating.
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and assist in preparation of monthly payment requisitions.
- Assist with change orders, RFIs, and PCOs.
- Responsible for material tracking and on-time delivery assurance.
- Job site documentation management.
- Facilitate and attend meetings that are relevant to the successful completion of the job e.g., progress meetings, zoning meetings, etc.
- Assist project managers with preconstruction processes.
- Assist with development and management of project punch-lists.
- Manage the inspection process as directed by Superintendent and/or Project Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relative experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Proficiency in Procore, desired.
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize duties to meet assigned deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
