- Champion Financial Acumen: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including SOW creation and tracking, budget management, resource allocation, and contract negotiation.
- Cultivate a Culture of Learning: Establish a dynamic environment that fosters organizational learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across all media teams.
- Empower and Develop Talent: Mentor and guide Directors and team members, providing support, fostering professional growth, and ensuring a positive and rewarding work environment.
- Drive Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance.

- Process Optimization Expert: Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
