Senior Vice President, Data Analytics - Lead the Future of Healthcare Data at CMI Media Group

As the Senior Vice President, Data Analytics, you will lead and mentor a team of data management experts, overseeing all incoming and outgoing data streams related to our clients' businesses. You will design and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer insights, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results. Collaborating across teams and departments, you will ensure clients receive seamless, best-in-class deliverables with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities :
- Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of data analytics professionals.
- Develop and execute client-specific data strategies, including gap assessments and roadmaps.
- Drive the development of new data deliverables, ensuring efficiency, speed, and value.
- Collaborate with Product Development to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of client data deliverables, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Foster strong client relationships, particularly within client analytic departments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
- Manage team allocation, scoping, time management, and performance reviews.
- Participate in the recruitment process, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
