CMI Media Group is looking for a Supervisor, Point of Purchase to join our growing team! The Supervisor, Point of Purchase will drive marketing strategy and product support on retail customer sites as well as client owned web e-stores.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of Point of Purchase strategies and analysis for assigned clients.
- Lead client Point of Purchase strategy and reporting calls.
- Creatively develop and execute brand strategy against client goals for both HCP and patient targets.
- Manage marketing channels and execution when leveraging retail partner data or capabilities across social, search, and display.
- Develop innovative omni-channel strategies utilizing both retail and third-party vendors with knowledge of print, display, and digital tactics.
- Understand the online user experience and influence the customer journey.
- Execute a vision for long- and short-term activation and engagement marketing roadmap.
- Create process to enable scale while continuing to hold a high standard.
- Champion new, bold, creative ideas in retail, user experience, and digital analytics while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage marketing channel and budget, scoping of hours for Point of Purchase.
- Manage workflow of junior team members to ensure client deliverables meet deadlines.
- Work with cross-functional teams within the organization, including marketing channel leads, external client representatives, and clients.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years Point of Purchase, marketing experience (retail, ecomm, marketing)
- Experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaigns.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities, including experience developing written documents, presentations, and process maps.
- Strong drive and ability to self-manage.
- Google Ads, Facebook Business, Shopify/commerce sites a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
