About the Role:
In this role, you will be a key part of our support team, working directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Each day, you will be assigned to customer sites where you'll spend 2-4 hours diagnosing and fixing computer, network, and software issues. Some of our clients include casinos, so you may also provide on-site support at various casino locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT while working under the guidance of a seasoned technical lead. You will receive on-the-job training from an expert who will guide you through troubleshooting, installations, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with cybersecurity measures and system maintenance.
- Support casinos with IT-related products and services.
- Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions in a ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical solutions in a clear and friendly manner.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
