Locally Owned and Operated IT Managed Services Company servicing small businesses is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Level 2 IT Support Specialist to help us support and develop clients in the Arlington Texas, and surrounding area. Responsibilities will be assessing, supporting, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft / Google-based environments for our customers. The Level 2 IT Support Specialist will work directly with customers to fix business infrastructures from basic to advanced networking problems.

- Technical Requirements: 5 years’ IT Support tier II/ field-onsite experience providing complete end-to-end support services to small and medium sized businesses
- Experience with all Microsoft technologies, including client operating systems, server operating systems, Exchange, Terminal Services and Small Business Server, Office 365
- Experience with all Google technologies including client operating systems, Workspace
- Experience with Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy Administration, and Windows network administration
- Familiar with cloud services
- Amazon, Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, AWS
- Experience with anti-virus protection, spyware, malware, Email and spam protection software, and Backup Disaster Recovery
- Webroot, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Huntress, Barracuda, Proofpoint, Datto, Acronis Cyber Protect
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Microsoft Entra, Intune
- Advanced understanding of networking, ip addressing, switches, routers, and Firewalls
- Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet, WireGuard
- Experience with IT support delivery through remote support tools, helpdesk and managed services
- Kaseya, Datto, Connectwise
- Ability to come up to speed on new technologies quickly
- Experience in Apple devices a plus
- Apple Business Manager, Glacier
- Customer Service Requirements:

- Ability to assess technology needs/requirements and develop solutions to meet them

Miscellaneous Requirements:
- Must be available occasionally to perform off-hour maintenance and projects

- Must be willing to travel for client onsite visits
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-directed
- A , N , Security , Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Security Certifications preferred
