We're currently seeking a skilled Tier 2 IT technician with moderate network experience, strong experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, DNS management, MX records, and Office365 administration, to join our team and drive our mission of delivering superior IT services. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience collaborating with other MSPs.

Position Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance, focusing on network infrastructure and Microsoft 365 implementations for our client organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving escalated desktop issues, ensuring seamless IT system operations, and delivering outstanding customer service with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 products and tenant administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to escalated technical support requests related to network connectivity, desktop hardware, and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software problems affecting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to address and resolve escalated technical challenges.
  • Document all support activities and resolutions thoroughly in the ticketing system.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to end-users on IT troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Participate actively in IT projects such as Microsoft system migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, licenses, and software, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Intune
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Prioritize DNS management, including MX records and DNS entries.
  • Maintain strong adherence to security protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a desktop support or IT technician role with a strong emphasis on network infrastructure and Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft 365 products and tenant administration.
  • Experience collaborating with other Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in delivering IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in DNS management, including MX records and DNS entries.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Professional (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and professional demeanor with end-users.
  • Additional Microsoft certifications and networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network , CCNA) preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
