Senior IT Solutions Engineer I
CMK Resources Inc. is hiring! We’re looking for a Senior IT Solutions Engineer I to drive innovation and build scalable technical solutions across our client's enterprise. This is a high-impact, on-site position based at our Austin, TX headquarters.
As a key member of our client's Digital Infrastructure team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners—ranging from Cybersecurity to HR—to optimize and automate business processes, modernize applications, and build out integrations that power our enterprise systems. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency across departments.

Provide technical ownership of business-critical applications and integrations.

Architect and build APIs and custom integrations across a variety of SaaS platforms.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on enterprise systems and cybersecurity tools.

Support Tier 3 escalations and mentor junior IT team members.

Create internal runbooks, SOPs, and user documentation to support long-term scaling.
What You Bring to the Table:

8 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or similar roles.

Strong experience with REST APIs and scripting in Python.

Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato).

Deep knowledge of enterprise software (GWS, Microsoft, IAM tools, HRIS, ERP).

Atlassian Cloud experience (Jira & Confluence).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:

Background in software development.

Familiarity with NetSuite, AWS, Palantir Foundry.

Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).

Understanding of cybersecurity compliance (ISO27001, FedRAMP, etc.).

Knowledge of network protocols and endpoint scripting across macOS, Windows, Linux.
Important: This role is on-site only at our Austin, TX campus.
