The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating workstreams to promote company business, most notably in the area of work procurement. Primary functions will include managing and tracking the deliverables required for upcoming project bids, opportunities, and proposals. The Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that all parts of the pursuit process are completed in a timely manner and that CML is well-positioned and organized to win work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform market data research and compile leads.
- Track future bid opportunities and communicate those to the pursuit team.
- Monitor current bid opportunities for changes to bid requirements.
- Review upcoming bids for deliverables and communicate those deliverables to the members of the project team accordingly / regularly.
- Serve as central hub for pursuit data, capturing and archiving data in an accessible and usable manner.
- Analyze and present relevant business development data and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with developing proposal and marketing deliverables as needed.
- Assist in team organization, planning, hosting, and centralizing team members.
- Lift up to 10lbs.
- Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
- Maintain the standards, culture, and values of CML Security.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Pay Range : $55 - 65,000 Annually
