As a Project Coordinator at CMM Custom Homes, you will be responsible for helping with a variety of tasks for the company. You will coordinate and follow-up with clients and subcontractors, organize and log information on projects, assist with project startup, procurement, and town permitting tasks, and support pre-construction, design, and project management teams as needed.

Responsibilities
- Right hand of Project Managers
- Assist and manage bids, selections, & purchase orders
- Help Project Managers with to do's and coordinate visits to keep project on track
- Client coordination ensure messages do not go un-responded to
- Assist with permit coordination throughout project
- Makes sure Buildertrend project is on track and cleaned up
- Tracking of internal fixed price budgets with PO tracker, etc.
- Update schedule with Project Managers
- Project agendas and notes in coordination with Design team
- Vendor coordination
- Material take offs
- Pay req review with Project Managers
- Completing, Updating, and Filing Permit Applications
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction office a plus!
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Versatile, you can be flexible both in tasks and time (nights and weekend work happens)
- Organized, you must be able to use and create organizational systems, be prepared to recall where things and information is quickly
- Creative in problem solving, always looking for a way forward
- Works well in a team and with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
