Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Entry Level Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the service process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of automotive services, and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and address any inquiries about service, maintenance, and repair needs.
- Assess and communicate customer service and repair needs to our team of technicians.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for services and explain recommended repairs to customers.
- Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain and organize accurate records of service activities and customer communications.
- Promote services and products to help customers maintain vehicle health and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive-related education is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
