The Executive Assistant is a key member of the CMR Design team, providing critical support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This full-time role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Utilize Microsoft Word to document company policies, processes, workflows, and systems, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Scheduling and Email Management: Assist with scheduling, managing emails, and follow-ups.
  • Financial Tasks: Manage financial tasks through QuickBooks, Excel, and other tools, including expense tracking, budget tracking, reconciliations, and generating reports.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Assist with onboarding and training new employees, ensuring familiarity with company resources, processes, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks and an understanding of finance management and reporting. A positive disposition, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
