Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist ( AR ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in West Hempstead, New York. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist ( AR ):
5 years in an Accounts Receivable Specialist ( AR ) within a Skilled Nursing ( SNF ) setting.
Oversee regional Business Office Management (BOM) with expertise in collections, Accounts receivable (AR), and Medicaid compensation.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist ( AR ):
Upon admission to the facility, examine residents and their medical records.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and has the potential to build and develop its own team to optimize AR processes and drive financial performance.
