Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Bardwell, Kentucky. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications of the Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ):
3 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare administration.
A valid Nursing Home Administration ( NHA ) license in Kentucky.
Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ):
Resident care oversight | Ensure quality care is provided to residents.
Staff Management | Hire, train, and supervise all staff members within the facility, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel.
Financial Management | manage the budget, overseeing the billing and reimbursement processes, and making financial decisions to ensure the facility’s sustainability.
Compliance with Regulations | Ensure the facility adheres to all state and federal regulations related to healthcare standards and resident safety.
Communication and Collaboration | Act as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and outside healthcare providers.
Facility Operations | Oversee maintenance, building upkeep, and overall facility management.
