Position Description:
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision in Indianapolis, IN to to lead and oversee adult and geriatric inpatient and outpatient services. The Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday, 9-5.
Qualifications of the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
2 years of experience in an executive level role within a Substance Use Disorder ( SUD ) facility.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and relevant mental health guidelines.
Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) :
Strategic planning: Further develop and implement the company's strategy and vision
Financial management: Review financial reports and develop cash flow projections in collaboration with the CFO
Legal compliance: Ensure the company complies with legal guidelines and policies
Stakeholder relations: Further develop relationships with key stakeholders, including, board members and clients
Growth: Continuously evaluate the company's performance and growth, and identify areas for improvement
