Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicatedand responsible Director of  Operations for Children and Family Treatment and Support Services ( CFTSS ) in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Qualifications of the Director of Operations:

• 2 years of working in mental health or behavioral health programs on an operational capacity specific to leadership, supervision and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements for mental health or Medicaid-funded services.
• Familiarity with CFTSS regulations and services (e.g., PSR, CPST, OLP, peer support).

Responsibilities of the Director of Operations:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the CFTSS company, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of services.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows that align with CFTSS regulations and best practices.
• Proven track record of building or scaling operations within a healthcare or social services organization.
• Build and lead a team of qualified professionals, including clinicians, peer support specialists, and administrative staff.
• Oversee quality assurance initiatives, including staff training, service documentation, and client satisfaction.
