Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Director for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications of the Executive Director:
2 years of experience in an executive level operational role in an Assisted Living Facility setting.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
Knowledge of healthcare management software (EHR systems, billing, and scheduling tools).
Responsibilities of the Executive Director:
Oversee the daily operations ensuring seamless coordination between clinicians, case managers, and administrative staff.
Further develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices that support high-quality care for clients.
Implement staff training programs and development initiatives to build skills and enhance team performance.
Oversee the integration and effective use of technology, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), scheduling software, and other tools to support our services.
