Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) for our Substance Use Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, in-person position, 3 or 4 days per week, 12 hour shifts.
Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) :
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in New York.
1 years of experience in Substance Abuse, Mental Health or Emergency Services.
Experience with the underserved population including homeless and incarcerated individuals.
Caring and compassionate bedside manor with a desire to deliver excellent patient care.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ):
Check patient vitals
Medication distribution
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Report directly to the Nurse Supervisor
