Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF )
Compensation:
Option 1) $60,000 base salary, Additional $35 for every visit after meeting 150 per month, This is a W2 position.
Option 2) Compensation based on CPT codes. Bonus for productivity.
This is a 1099 position

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) in Amsterdam, New York for bedside patient care. This is a part-time, in-person position on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's from 9am - 2pm
Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) :
- Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in the state of New York
- 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( NP )
- Active DEA License
- Experience working in an Assisted Living Facility ( ALF ) preferred

Check ups
Management of chronic conditions
Medications management
