CMSP is now hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist II for a food service equipment and supply distribution center for restaurants. Seeking a motivated, energetic, experienced professional to join our team as a Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist of project billing. The best candidate will be suited to fast paced high-volume environment, enthusiastic and ready to learn!
Job Duties Include:
Daily Non-GC Build project invoicing
- Save contracts, change orders, invoices, and payments to accounting server
- Deposit/progressive/change order invoices
- Submit prelim request
- Reconcile project to A/R, issue final invoice
- Update cash flow sheet with change orders, invoices and payments
- Lien release waiver
- Update Smartsheet with invoice and payment status
- Collections
Resupply invoices:
- Save resupply invoices and email to customers,
- A/R daily filing
- Submit resupply invoices on websites: Service Channel, ResQ, Coupa
- Resupply collections
Other support duties as assigned
- Assist with A/P pull vendor invoices, match to checks, stuff and mail checks, daily filing
- Accounting department miscellaneous assignments
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage
- Experience with accounts receivable processes and medical collections
- Familiarity with GAAP and SOX compliance
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of corporate and non-profit accounting practices
- Experience with Smartsheet for financial tracking and reporting
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
