Job Summary:
CMSP LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in aerospace and/or rubber manufacturing. The role involves managing customer relationships, reviewing contracts, handling orders, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining document control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze purchase orders and contracts for compliance with requirements.
- Recommend contract provisions and negotiate terms with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Maintain both physical and digital document control.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls, managing orders and inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, including pricing and lead times, and follow up on them.
- Enter purchase orders into the MRP system and distribute job orders.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents and notify customers of shipment details.
- Track customer performance, manage customer portals, and monitor scorecards.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and MRP systems.

Education/Experience:
- Previous relevant work experience is required.
- Aerospace, DOD, or Government contracts experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ITAR, AS9100, ISO9001, NIST 800-171 preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.

Pay: $27.99 - $28.00 per hour
