Job Title: Entry-Level Visual Inspector (2nd Shift)
CMSP LLC is seeking an entry-level Visual Inspector to join our 2nd shift production team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
The Visual Inspector plays a key role in ensuring product quality by visually examining and evaluating products, materials, and components. This position is responsible for identifying defects, inconsistencies, or any non-compliance with manufacturing or regulatory standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect and hand-trim non-critical parts as directed.
- Utilize inspection equipment to visually examine non-critical products.
- Assist higher-level inspectors (Inspector 2, 3) and supervisors as needed.
- Complete daily inspection documentation.
- Clean non-critical parts as directed.
- Package and transport inspected parts as directed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a particular focus on safety regulations.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior related work experience is helpful but not required.
- One year of experience is preferred.
