Job Title: Construction Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our diverse team of engineering professionals in the Louisville, KY office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project specifications and serving in an administrative role to manage and oversee contract/construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of specification masters.
- Oversee the development of project specifications involving multiple design team members.
- Review, format, and edit project specifications.
- Provide office-wide support for all specification needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with specifications in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction field.
- Knowledgeable of CSI MasterFormat; CDT Certification is a plus.
- Experience with MasterSpec, VisiSpec, SpecLink or other spec editing platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe/Bluebeam and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
