About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to ensure the successful completion of our construction projects.
- A successful candidate will have expertise in HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction, along with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities include reviewing project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings, developing construction schedules, and managing subcontractors.
- The ideal candidate will also administer safety programs, work with vendors, and lead construction review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Activities:
- Assist in selecting subcontractors, manage the bid process, and review contracts.
- Construction:
- Develop subcontractor contracts, schedule factory start-ups, and ensure start-up sheets are completed and submitted.
- Post-Construction:
- Address project issues and resolve warranty issues as needed.
