Application Support / Core Administrator

The Bank Core Administrator manages and maintains our Fiserve DNA core banking system and surrounding ancillary banking systems. This role will be responsible for technical support, as well as discovery, testing, change management, and post-implementation support phases of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core administration, and proven track record of ensuring system stability, performance, and security. This role in critical to the smooth operation of our banking services and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate both independently as a part of a team. While Fiserve DNA experience is preferred, consideration will be given for candidates with experience in Jack Henry Silverlake.

• Consult with vendors, business users, and project teams effectively and professionally
• Acts as a key resource for project teams
• Document SOPs, diagrams/flowcharts, developing runbooks
• Work in Application Management, Testing, Project Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Release Management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience supporting core banking systems. Preferred Fiserve DNA; Jack Henry Silverlake will be considered. Demonstrated knowledge of banking core business process and operations.
• Proven experience with business and technical analysis, testing methodologies, configuration management, and relationship management.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft product suite; demonstrated analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Must have listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; keen logic, efficiency, and attention to detail 
• Ability to work with minimal Supervision while performing duties
• Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and attend meeting as required
• Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
• Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
