Global Business Performance Review:
• Lead the development and execution of global business performance reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and monthly performance updates.
• Engage with SET members as well as other global stakeholders, to provide comprehensive performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Brand Insights and Strategy Implementation:
• Establish a cross-functional Taskforce with leaders from CSE including BISO, ME, AZU and Digital, jointly diagnose business challenges and lead strategic discussions that drive actionable recommendations and outcomes.
• Drive the analysis and interpretation of key brand performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making for BBU, RDU and OBU based on business request.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights that enhance brand strategy and overall business performance.
Lead cooperate level transformation projects
• Oversee and lead company-level commercial and organizational transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Champion innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Familiar with Think-cell is a plus; Basic statistic knowledge is a plus
Essential
Significant experience in business analytics, brand strategy, or commercial operations, with a proven track record of leadership in similar roles.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in oral and written English
