Job Summary
Individual contributor and team member under technical direction who provides assistance in delivering diversity programs and initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) across CNA. Responsible for managing awards and rankings, external partnerships and liaising with internal stakeholders to create and foster an open and inclusive environment and to inspire and motivate others to create positive change.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops, recommends and manages all aspects of external partnerships and sponsorships to ensure maximum utilization of benefits.
- Project manages the application and submission process for all awards and rankings in the DEI space, ensuring timely completion.
- Partners with internal teams on the development and execution of our streams of work including but not limited to HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications and Marketing.
- Provides counsel and guidance to colleagues on selecting effective DEI workshops and embedding DEI principles into CNA Business Unit programming.
- Stays current on DEI trends and best practices to find areas of opportunity and growth for the DEI Office.
Reporting Relationship
Typically Director or above.

Compensation
In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $54,000 to $103,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
