Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and provide strategic support to our U.S. branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for KPI management, corporate issue resolution, investment management, site research, and executive support. This role also requires a strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, proven leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
KPI Management
Develop and manage business plans.
Identify, select, and oversee department-specific KPIs to ensure organizational performance.
Head Office Meetings
Prepare materials and manage logistics for monthly and weekly head office meetings.
Coordinate U.S. weekly meetings and follow up on directives from the U.S. branch to the head office.
Corporate Meetings
Organize weekly corporate meetings: prepare materials, facilitate discussions, and ensure follow-up on directives.
Monitor and provide updates on Task Force Team (TFT) initiatives, including process time reduction and cost reduction projects.
Corporate Issue Management
Monitor and address issues across departments.
Execute follow-up actions on directives from corporate headquarters.
Investment Management
Evaluate and manage new investments, working closely with finance and legal teams.
Oversee incentive negotiations and ensure compliance with investment agreements.
Site Research
Conduct research and attend meetings for government incentives in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Canada.
Collaborate with government agencies to identify and secure new business sites.
Establishing Corporations
Lead the establishment of new corporations, including government negotiations and preparation of internal materials.
CEO Support
Manage schedules and external engagements during CEO’s U.S. visits, including transportation logistics.
Oversee the CEO’s directives, guesthouse, vehicle, and asset management.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, government agencies, and key clients.
HR Planning
Oversee key personnel management, including recruitment, evaluations, and trend analysis.
Gather and report on U.S. branch staff feedback to improve organizational culture and performance.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Experience in HR management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment standards.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
